Lobster and summer go together like shrimp and grits. Roswell's Aqua Blue begins its annual tradition that is Tailapalooza - the month-long menu celebrating the decadent crustacean. Starting June 7, choose a la carte options like lobster bisque, butter-poached lobster salad or lobster mac and cheese. Entrees include a one tail lobster combo or surf and turf served with summer veggies and its rich lobster knuckle sauce.
Tailapalooza at Aqua Blue runs through July 3.
